The ANNIS website is operated by ANNALIS LLC. On the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” are used in reference to ANNALIS LLC. ANNALIS LLC offers this website and all information including tools and services available from this site to you, the user. By accessing and/or using our site and by acquiring merchandise from our site, you agree to be bound by our terms of service, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies associated with the use of our site.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Our store is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Section 1- Purchasing Products
When purchasing, you must provide us with your name, an active telephone number, a valid credit card, and current address to purchase merchandise through the site. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us confirming that your order has been processed, payment has been received, and that the product(s) are to be shipped to the designated address within our approved shipping requirements.
Section 2- Order Restrictions
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. We are not responsible for lost items once we provide the carrier the purchased product(s). You are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier for any loss or damages that occurred while the purchased product(s) were in the possession of the carrier.

Along with any other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using this site or its content:

To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts

ANNIS and/or ANNALIS LLC is in no way liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of date, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contracts, tort, strict liability or otherwise, rising from your use of any of the service or any product procured using the services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product including any errors or omission in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content posted or made available.
If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that requires a specific statement regarding release, then the following applies. California residents, for example, must, as a condition of this agreement, waive the applicability of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states, “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.” You hereby waive this section of the California Civil Code. You hereby waive any similar provision in law, regulation or code that has the same intent or effect as the aforementioned provision.

Section 8- Termination
You may terminate your participation at any time by discontinuing the use of our site. If you have a dispute relating to the site, immediately cease all use of our site. We may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

This agreement is subject to change at any time. If and when changes are made, we will make a new copy of the agreement available on the site. You agree to regularly check the site to view the updated terms of service.
Section 10- Minors
Our privacy practices are consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and we will not knowingly request or collect personal information from any child under the age of majority.
