Shipping through USPS Ground
Ground Shipping: 3-6 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
If your package(s) is not delivered within the estimated delivery window, we ask you to please wait 2-3 business days before contacting us at info@annis-collection.com.
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping windows will change.
We ship all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed.
We do not offer Saturday delivery or accept PO box addresses.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are to be processed within 2 business days.
Once orders have been placed, we cannot offer changes or cancellations to the orders.
ANNIS is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Returns
Refund and Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept qualifying returns for refund or store credit if requested within 7 days of receipt.
Qualifying returns must be from domestic US orders of full-price, unworn, and unwashed styles with all original tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The cost of the merchandise can be fully refunded if it is unworn with tags and placed back in the original box.
Return and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
All orders are considered final sale after 14 days from receipt and will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Once we have received your return, please allow a minimum of 14 days for processing. Any refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We kindly ask that returns are shipped within 3 days of approval. Please take care when packaging your return to best avoid any damage during transit and include your original order email in the return box. ANNIS is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
